Order Confirmation, Tracking & Cancellation
Order Confirmation
Upon ordering, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email, indicating our receipt of your order and pre-authorization of your credit card.
Tracking
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order. Please click on the link in the email to allow you to track your order. If you do not receive the tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at admin@tagcove.com.au.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, we accept cancellations before the order is dispatched. For dispatched orders, refer to our Warranty, Refund and Return Policy. Please note that all cancellation refunds will be via a store credit or a gift card.
Wrong postage address
Once you place an order, the shipping address cannot be changed. You can contact us within 24 hours from placing an order to correct the shipping address. However, please note that this may result in additional charges to the order. To avoid these charges, we encourage our customers to double-check the accuracy of their shipping address before placing an order.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
