Shipping policy

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within ~ 5 to 6 business days from the date of your order. TAGcove is working with multiple couriers to provide the most efficient delivery services at the most reasonable price. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times are typically between 3-14 business days, depending on the state or region.

Damages

Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please let us know immediately at admin@tagcove.com.au. More details on this can be found under Warranty, Refund and Return Policy.

Undeliverable postcodes

We do our best to offer Australia-wide shipping. However, there are still some postcodes in remote areas that are undeliverable. If you provide an undeliverable postcode, the order will be cancelled and refunded automatically via email.
